Returns/Refunds:   Due to health and sanitation reasons, Jewelry is FINAL SALE.  Handbags, Clothing, and Accessories, offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If the product does not meet your expectations, money back 7 day return policy from your delivery date.  Linx & More products, all sales are final unless you receive a defective item.  This does not cover improper care of jewelry by the customer.  Exchanges only within 7 days of purchased date.   Wholesale/Bulk and Special Orders are Final Sale, no return or exchanges.

Please notify us immediately via e-mail within 24 hrs. of receipt and request a return authorization number (RMA).  Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging.  Any sign of wear or usage will result in termination of the return.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for shipping back to us and for any re-ship fees (these are non refundable). We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail and therefore suggest you insure or keep proof of tracking information for your package.

 

Sales tax:  A sales tax of 6% will be charged to all orders shipped within Michigan.

 

Shipping:  We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The shipping carriers that we may use are United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  

 

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping, typically arrive in 3-8 business days.

 

Express Shipping: Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2-3 business days.
